During our stay at Vista Ballena, I was in awe of the breathtaking views from the infinity pool. Esteban and his team were so accommodating, ensuring our meals were varied and delightful, even with limited menu options. We spotted toucans every morning—such a treat!

However, the climb up to our room was challenging, especially after long days of exploring. The breakfast selection could have been better, as it felt somewhat repetitive over our stay.

The view from the room was amazing, with the whale's tail visible from the restaurant! Enjoying a delicious breakfast with that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The infinity pool was a slice of heaven, perfect for cooling off while basking in the sun.

Vista Ballena was such a mixed experience, the breakfast was cold and even had burned pancakes! Very questionable for a place like this. Plus, I had to climb a mountain of steps, would it have been too hard to offer a complimentary room upgrade for all this inconvenience? I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a beautiful infinity pool, and a cute bar/lounge area. Staff helped my elderly parents warmly during our first stay. Make sure to try the very nice massages! I'm coming back for a weekend.

vista ballena offers an amazing view from the pool area, especially at sunset, which is a must-see! the staff were very friendly, and the drinks were reasonably priced. i also loved the takeaway breakfast they prepared for us when we had an early activity. the spa services were a nice touch!

It was just a commendable fit for a swift visit in Uvita with great value for money. One staff member was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed at the bar. Bring your own coffee supplies if you want a quick morning fix.
